Vision and approach

Every patient is unique. That is why a personalized, goal-oriented approach is central. Treatment is fully tailored to the care needs, goals and possibilities of the patient.

The focus is not on following a standard protocol, but on delivering care that fits the person and their circumstances at that moment. Based on clinical expertise, assessment and progress, a treatment plan is created and continuously evaluated and adjusted where needed.

The aim is high-quality, evidence-informed care where quality, personal attention and results are central. Treatment times are indicative; the emphasis is always on quality of care and achieving an optimal result.

Who is it for

Home treatment brings physiotherapy care into the patient's own environment. It is particularly suitable for elderly patients, people with limited mobility, patients in rehabilitation, or anyone for whom travelling to the practice is a barrier.

Exercises, advice and functional training are tailored directly to the daily living environment, with attention to prevention, promoting independence and reducing the risk of decline.

Family members or caregivers can be involved in the treatment where helpful, to best support the patient's progress, safety and independence.
