We process the data you provide yourself via the appointment form or during treatment: name, date of birth, contact details, insurance details and health information necessary for your treatment.

Health data is sensitive personal data. We handle it confidentially and process it only for your treatment and its administration.

To plan and carry out your treatment, maintain your file, invoice and submit claims to your insurer (Ennia, Guardian Group Fatum or SVB), and to contact you.

We keep your file for as long as legally required for medical records, and no longer than necessary.
